Two stars because the staff at check out was awesome would have given one because the men's department was a mess no organization cloths every where. If I wanted that type of experience I would have gone to k mart. I would expect better from a store in Brentwood.
This not normal for Target...this store today looked like a tornado had hit it. The store was a complete mess. Things everywhere like the closing team did nothing at all. The service was still the normal Target greatness! I just feel sorry for the opening team...maybe cleaner the next time.
I called to verify if they had an item in stock while i was nearby, the operator said they had 7 on the shelf. When i arrived and asked the electronics person he immediately said they were sold out. I said "are you sure, cause i just called less than 3 minutes ago and they said you have 7". He said firmly again, "positive". I browsed the shelves for 3 minutes and found all 7 merchandised properly. Not that i expect fantastic guest service and im glad they had the product, but i also work in retail and that behavoir is completely inapproperiate. This is my second trip to the brentwood target and the second time i was treated like a piece of human garbage by the electronics guys. I will remember to avoid the staff next time i shop there.
This Target is a mess...literally. Items unorganized, shoe section is atrocious. The customer service is nonexistent. Unprofessional associates having inappropriate conversations within earshot of me without asking me if I need any assistance. I don't like this location but it's the closest one to me. On a positive note, they do have a pretty good selection of black hair care items that I couldn't find at the locations in St. Charles.
This location is the dirtiest location I've ever visited and the managers here doesn't care at all this TARGET location needs all new managers immediately , the sad part about target is that their customer service is outsourced to the Philippines so anytime you call target's customer service and file complaints or for any other issues and you're wondering who you're talking to that's why there's so many ongoing issues. The call centers in the Philippines are horrible all they're doing is making the money off there's American businesses they're not actually doing their jobs there's all about the money because the Philippines is a very poor country that is paid under minimum wage between $6-$6.50 an hour. Its just a job to them they really don't at all and the major problem is the Philippines lack of understanding plain English they cannot write it properly and some really struggle to understand plain English. The call centers in the Philippines are a third party company with a contract through American companies like TARGET T-Mobile OFFICE DEPOT depot best buy American Express AT&T Google and there's more American companies that outsourced their call centers to the Philippines trying to save money. The Philippines call centers are filled with rude representatives that don't listen to your issues they're so quick to try to end the phone call but have the nerve to ask you if there's anything else well , I'm trying to explain this current issue but I'm constantly being rushed off the phone. I've reported several issues to TARGET customer service and none of the issues I've reported were addressed these issues are still ongoing. There's still trash in the front when you walk into target who wants to see trash all over the carpet where the shopping carts are , the locks on two of the men's stalls in the men's restroom are still broken the first stall lock has been broken almost 8 or 9 months I informed the tall white guy that does security that's always standing in the front near the carts he's a manager as well he just said ok. Wal-Mart holds the highest record for the main company that hired the most African Americans and depending on the city and state some of Wal-Mart locations have an even amount of diversity in their employees unlike TARGET and other businesses this TARGET location has more whites working there than blacks and I haven't seen other employees of another race working at TARGET. Their seating area where the Starbucks is doesn't have outlets for charging your devices all Starbucks locations allows you to charge your devices and use their WiFi while you're there. TARGET Wi-Fi signal isn't strong enough and its a shame to have a Starbucks franchise and not operate like other Starbucks franchises , you would think since they don't sell whole pizza's in their food court they would lower their prices but everything is priced the way other pizza hut locations are which is very sad. TARGET lacks the ability to become better they refuse to be 24hrs like Wal-Mart and they wonder why Wal-Mart become a giant in the big box department store industry operating 24hrs brings in millions that easily turn into billions. Wal-Mart closed 300 of their stores outside the U.S and in the U.S to rebuild them and reopen them as super Wal-Mart centers TARGET NEW CEO closed all 133 of their Canada locations , due to the name TARGET being heavily used in Canada by other businesses. The previous CEO failed to do their homework first before opening up stores in Canada they would have saved millions and billions of dollars on purchasing other major stores to turn into TARGET locations including money on leases , employees , renovations and merchandise. In my opinion regardless of the celebrities choosing to shop at TARGET over Wal-Mart all TARGET locations are poorly managed and could be operated way better to out do Wal-Mart locations but , TARGET has made it very clear that they're not interested in lowering their prices on all their products to compete with Wal-Mart so instead these jokers raise all their prices.
