Very positive experience. Product prices were very similar to online retailers and they have a price match if there is a difference. Many sales associates available to get help from. I had to return a printer which was covered under their extended warrranty that I bought over a year ago. It went very smoothly.
Micro Center is a great one stop electronics store. There prices are just ok, but their sale prices can be very good. It's best to check their listings online before going to the store.
They have a lot to offer. However after going on a few times, I have found their prices are high and you can buy elsewhere cheaper. They also conspire with graphics card companies to violate consumer anti-trust laws and sell them far above msrp sometimes as by as much as double. I have decided to take my business somewhere customers are respected and not ripped off.
It was an overall good experience. It was my first time being there after it being recommended to me by a friend. I was there to pick up my reserved order of a couple of things but I decided to look around for 20 or so minutes beforehand. While looking around I noticed the staff being helpful and nice to anyone who asked for help while not bothering people who were just looking. Once I decided to pick up my order is when my only problem arose. The person who did the transaction had no enthusiasm and didn't seem to want to be there, she wasn't directly rude or anything but she seemed to give off the vibe that customers were inconveniences. She might not have realized it or meant to lack enthusiasm. It was no deal breaker or anything but it was the only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars.
Amazing customer service, comparable to online prices. Its like shopping online without the wait. I broke a pair of headphones 2 months after I bought them and even though I did not purchase the extended warranty, they gave me a one time replacement anyway. Even on black friday, they were able to get me through the line and out the door quickly and efficiently.
