Great store. Personal service. The guys/gals working here know what they are talking about, or are willing to say " I don't know." Then they will find someone that does know and listen to the answer too.
I really want to like this neighborhood hardware store, but I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences here. They somehow manage to combine the selection and convenience of a 500 square foot store with the charm of a corporate big box chain. The associates do ask if you need help when you enter, but they are rude and generally not knowledgeable. If you want to check out a drill bit or get some sandpaper, you have to work your way through a series of sliding doors to access them. I literally cannot think of one positive thing to say about this store.
