Unfortunately every thing she should have done she did not. Just SELL SELL SELL. Never going back!!!!! I suggest you trust no one in there.
Its unfortunate I am having to post this but a majority of the Arhaus staff would sell a 5 foot high poster bed to a midget! Many are fake and unprofessional. As a designer I cringe when my clients request to shop there. The last visit took the cake. My client wanted to purchase a dining table and chairs. The dining chair she wanted was not in stock so instead of offering to order one ASAP for her to try, she said we should go sit in desk chair (same line) set at dining height to make decision to purchase today to get sale price financing on all. But the office chair leaned back, had wheels, arms differ: ergonomically apples to bananas!
we've purchased a few things from Arhaus such as solid wood office furniture and a buffet with hutch. We found the quality to be better than some of the stuff at pb and c'n'b and customer service was always top notch. We will continue to shop here for some of our larger purchases.
Unique furniture and usually helpful salespeople. Prices can be a bit high but they have some good sales so it's worth it to wait.
