I had a great experience. I worked mainly with Cynthia and Shane who were so helpful and went above and beyond. The gentlemen who moved the couch were also very nice and very professional. Unfortunately I did not get their names, though I asked Cynthia to f/u on that.
My visit to Lazy Boy was fantastic. I purchased a sectional sofa from the company 3-4 years ago and it’s holding up quite well. In the market for chairs and Cynthia was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Much better than your competitors.

Ericka helped show us many sofas we were requiring about. The offered many fabrics to place on the sofa. It was a relaxed and fun afternoon and we enjoyed shopping at La-Z-Boy. Even though Ericka was not there when we finalized the order. We were pleased at the associate that handled the transaction.
